Introducing Writing Theraphy

Would you like to write ?. Perhaps writing a blog or just write a diary ?. Do you know if the writing could be used as a means of therapy ?. This therapy is called writing therapy. I am not a medical employee, my education was on Mechanical Engineering at the University of Gadjah Mada. I therefore do not understand what's the mechanism by which this writing could be called as a therapy. But I'll tell you how writing affects my health as a person.


I was a schizoaffective sufferer. Schizoaffective has two types namely bipolar and depressive types. One of the symptoms of the most severe mental disorders is a sense of emptiness and anguish. There are many coping mechanisms that can do by severe mental disorders to overcome this depressive. One way is to write their worries. Writing makes us outlining the our concerns. It is also known as catharsis. Surely a healthy catharsis. Therefore the act of writing is referred to as writing theraphy.


Writing will be very useful for us as people with severe mental disorders. But do not forget to stick consulting a doctor and undergo your treatment. Therapy and this treatment is actually the primary. So do not be abandoned. Healthy people would also be able to release their tension with this activity. Writing is much useful. Because writing therapy it's not only good for people with severe mental disorders, but also for people who are not afflicted.


The more we diligently write, then we will have more quality writing. Practise the make perfect, does not it ?. If we are diligent to write regularly, then the time will come when we can make good writing. It can be either novel or short story. We're also probably going to make a non-fiction writing, such as the opinions on newspapers or magazines or blogs that we have.


Writing, as I mentioned earlier, could be healthy catharsis media. Writing can decipher concerns so that we become aware that we can overcome our fears. This is exactly the essence of writing therapy. Therefore, why hesitate to start ?. Start writing as load shedding everyday life.
