Healthy Lifestyle

Everyone wants to live healthily. One of the points in a real healthy living is a lifestyle that supports our health. In short, a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle is influenced by three main factors. Of course there are also other factors that can be used as a supporting factor, but we will only discuss these three main factors.



The first factor is the physical health, we certainly know what it meant. Of course, we can not be said to be healthy if we are sick body. The second factor in a healthy lifestyle is a balance of nutrients. This is related to the intake of calories we consume with the calories we spend in everyday activities. The third factor or the last factor is the health of sleep. Sleep is vital to our health.



Physical Health


As mentioned earlier, physical health is very important. We can not be said have healthy life if we physically ill. A healthy lifestyle is formed in part by this first factors. We need to do enough physical activity to keep our physical stay in shape. However, we need to know that we are not a sportsman. Whenever exercising to maintain our health, we need to pay attention to this issue. Excessive in sports is dangerous. If we already feel shortness of breath and panting, it's a sign we should stop.



Nutritional balance


As disclosed in the preamble of this writing, we need to balance the nutrients intake with calories out because of daily activities that we do. If we're on a diet, then do not let our bodies become malnourished because of it. If we want to lose weight for example, do so gradually. Do not let your body becomes limp thereby.



Sleep Health


Sleep is very important for our health. We need to sleep every day in sufficient quantities. The range is approximately seven to nine hours a day. Better we do sleep at night because the body will reach a state of perfect sleep at that time. Perfect sleeping conditions is achieved when we sleep from nine o'clock until four in the morning. Stay away from the habit of staying up at night and sleep in the daytime. We are not nocturnal creatures.



That are a little about healthy lifestyles and the three constituent factors. Each of these factors plays importants role in shaping a healthy lifestyle. I am sure, we all want a healthy lifestyle become part of our daily lives.
